anyone that knows anything about ramen knows that Minca is by far the the most authentic and best tasting ramen in the city. the other places are close but, this is the real deal guys...............

K: We must somehow combine the powers of Minca and Momofuku for mind blowing ramen. 5thstreet: You had leftovers? (I think my stomach is too big.) And they turned into a tub of butter? Momofuku does a lot of things very well but if you just want good ramen, Rairaiken is better..

I love Minca and their ramen is excellent, but I can only eat it once in a while. It is soooooo garlicky (if that's a word) that I literally stink of the stuff for days. Also, it is not for calorie-counters. I put some leftover ramen from Minca in my fridge and when it cooled it looked like a huge tub of butter.

Minca definetely has the best broth of all the ramen places in the ev. Momofuku however, does have the better noodles i found...
