THEATER: The new comedy A Guy Adrift in the Universe follows the life of one man (called simply “A Guy”) from birth to death; the pile-up of decades is evoked by actor Cory Grant, who never leaves the stage. Three other actors play over two dozen roles as “he's born, lives his life, then he dies, which seems really sad, but it's also really funny, somehow. Along the way he has to deal with a doctor who refuses to put him back in the womb… and lots of other people who don't seem to accept that A Guy is the center of the universe." Martin Denton says “the entire evening flies by as fast as a lifetime sometimes seems to, tribute to the excellent skills and talents of all of the artists contributing to this show.” - John Del Signore
