<description>&lt;p&gt;Maybe I missed it but I didn&apos;t see the Federal Government on any of those lists.  Customs and Border Protection and ATF were in 6 WTC.  Remember, 9/11 happened to destroy those offices.  Or was it so Silverstein could redevelop downtown?  Or was it Karl Rove&apos;s master plan for the invasion of Iraq?  I can never remember.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
