The brig was knocked down over a year ago. A Google search would have brought you this information in about four seconds. Do your homework.

The Google Earth image attached to the story is inaccurate. That block has no structures present, save for one facing the BQE, otherwise it is a fenced-off, empty lot. I know, I pass by it every day on my daily commute. Mixed income housing would be a welcome additon.
