Jen, There's no reason to be snippy about what the Army Corps of Engineers "Can" and "can't" do. I'm sure everyone involved in the attempts to do something with Lil' Sludgie put in a hell of a lot more effort and more were emotionally invested in saving this whale than, say, anyone blogging about them (or commenting about blogging about them for that matter).
