@JLS : The reason that they knew I was straight was becoz I was there with my girlfriend who was holding my hand! I was meant to be meeting some gay male friends the bar and arrived early before they got there. The rude arrogant hetrophobe at the door wouldn't let me in.

MT, even if he said those things it doesn't matter. They had no right to physically attack him. They should be thrown in jail. If three straight people attacked a gay person there would be an immediate uproar over that "hate crime" (as if attacking people otherwise doesn't involve hate). Lock em all up.
