Much like with "no person is illegal", I can only assume that these people prefer rhymes over coherent though. Can someone explain what either one mean?

The grandfather claims it was the size of a German shepherd? His eyes must be going, I've seen many a coyote, and they are not nearly as big as a German shepherd. Though I've never heard of one attacking a person either...
