No such thing, If the MTA is going to build the second Avenue subway along the designated route they are going to have to use Eminent Domain to get these folks "Comparable homes in the area . Cause I don't see any landlord giving them a cheap discount for apartments . Most if not all will have to move into the projects if they want to stay anywhere close to there current locations . I hate to say it but this might be what delays the building of the Second Avenue subway for years to come . Because those people aren't going to accept what they view as "Substandard" housing ! Especially those that come from "Money" .
