Mr. Sharpton, We live in Dutchess County - and were living here during the TWANA BRAWLEY debacle that YOU fanned the flames on. You are STILL a big loud-mouth -- NOTHING has changed. I ask you...........now that you have gone after Imus (and I wholehearted believe he needed to be disciplined for his outrageous remarks)....when are YOU going to go after the filthy, discusting, DISRESPECTFUL lyrics toward women that so many BLACK RAPPERS are SPEWING on the radio, tv and in videos???????????? Your FIRST target could be Emeniem because HE is white and we all know how you are offended by the white population. Well it is NOT about IMUS being racist -- he was just STUPID!!! YOU, MR. SHARPTON are the racist -- against anyone who is NOT of color!!! Take a look in the mirror Mr Sharpton and remember ......Tawana Brawley. And THEN REMEMBER STEVEN PAGONES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why doesn't Al Sharpton pickett a famous gangster rapper at that rapper's record company with a massive crowd of african american parents who are outraged by introducing words like "Ho" or "bitch" into the common vocabulary via recordings? He rises to the occassion by justifying his position in the black community by getting Don Imus fired. Fine. Now go do the same within your own community and it won't seem like you are such a racist yourself. The only thing you are accomplishing is alienating white america by viciously attacking Imus with everything you have and then complaining about no media coverage when you protest gangster rap. That's bullshit. If you put as much on the line with gangster rappers as you did Imus....you might make some headway within your own community.

The Reverend Al Sharpton has for the past 10 or maybe 30 years been a strong defender of the blacks. In doing so he has also put down any other race (whites mostly) who do not agree with him. It is my opinion that this would make him a bigger racist than any one he has ever gone after. Please name for me one white person he has defended for being put down by someone of another race.
