<description>&lt;p&gt;My thoughts exactly ! This was just another excuse for in invasion of privacy . If it were me (Hopefully it never will be), I would sue the city for the search of my person . It doesn&apos;t justify a searching because you catch someone walking between the cars . So why did the officer search the guy ? What was he doing that would have been labeled suspicious ? Was walking between the car enough for a searching ? I don&apos;t think so .

<description>&lt;p&gt;While we&apos;re at it, why don&apos;t we go ahead and make breathing or opening your eyes on the train a crime, that way they can search anyone doing those things and probably find more people breaking other laws.  &lt;/p&gt;</description>
