Video of the Day: Sing Along With Buffy

Once a month, fans of Buffy the Vampire Slayer flock to the IFC Center for the chance to sing along to the musical episode, Once More With Feeling. While we thought we liked the show, clearly, these fans are in other league all together. Videographer Kelly Loudenberg was on the scene this past weekend for the festivities.

Here's more information about the Buffy Sing-A-Long. The next ones are April 20 and 21. The Buffy-Sing-A-Long crew has actors who acts out scenes while the audience sings, and before the show, there's even Buffy-oke!

i've been to the Hedwig sing-alongs at IFC, i think the Hedwig ones may be more fun than Buffy.

I did this twice in Austin. So. Much. Fun.

And haters can just step off. Yes, it's a variation on the Rocky Horror Theme...it was inspired by Rocky Horror, but it's taken on a life of it's own.

And the first issue of the Buffy Season 8 comic came out the other week. Good stuff.

But come on... at the end of the day it is still a poor man's Rocky Horror. And to say that Rocky fans don't appreciate the movie is just wrong...
