It's the NYPD's data, you schmuck. You would have known that had you bothered to read the links, instead of just pecking out that smug and stupid comment of yours.

also what the chart doesn't show is the source of its data. i'm working on a similar graph based on my own opinion and agenda, and will publish it as fact.

What that chart shows is "Don't get arrested on the weekend". Fewer judges available to hear your arraignment.
