<description>&lt;p&gt;So Oliver gets the most punishment because another cop made the mistake of opening fire under the belief that someone drew a weapon?  Sure 31 shots might be excessive but he was fighting for his life?  Just because he has good aim, he takes the brunt of the punishment?  I&apos;m not happy innocent people died and their definitely needs to be changes with some protocol but we can&apos;t create a bad side effect where officers cannot defend their lives.  &lt;/p&gt;</description>

Don&apos;t get me wrong, I&apos;m glad there wasn&apos;t more damage done, but I have pretty much no experience with guns and I could hit SOMETHING will eleven chances.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
