THEATER: The Best is a multimedia theater collective that puts on rowdy rock/theater extravaganzas with an anti-establishment bent. The gang has been building international solidarity – they were recently seen at Australia’s Brisbane Festival – with their weird live internet “Bestcasts” on their website. The Best's latest high-tech spectacle, OEDI Cycle, starts a four night run at the Ohio Theater tonight as part of Soho Think Tank. (The Cycle consists of two different shows alternating throughout the run.) - John Del Signore
MUSIC: The Real Ones, The Changes, The Manhattan Love Suicides and Metric Mile make up a pretty packed bill at Union Hall tonight. Check out The Changes doing a slower version of their song, "When I Wake", live on Indie 103.1 in LA.
