My vote: the title is only good for 8 years, tops. There can only be one president at a time. You don't get to keep it for life. Bill is finished in politics. There's more dirt on him and his sleazy wife.

EX-president Bill Clinton. It's an elected position, when out of office you don't use it in present tense. See #4 Anyway, his suit looks like crap and this will fuel the talk about his past that she wants to avoid. Just wait until she announces him as her running mate.

When is Hillary going to stop running against Bush? Seriously, when is she going to outline her plans in anything other than vague soundbites meant to pander to her base? If it weren't for her cronies in California moving up the primary from June to February '08 I think she would be toast. Even if someone upstages her in the earliest primaries they won't have enough time to build momentum before all the delegates are snapped up. So when Hillary blows the general election we will have Hollywood to thank.

#2: The proper title is always "President" Clinton, even out of office. Not a sign of oligarchy, it's the courtesy extended to every President, not just the sitting one. Do you refer to Abraham Lincoln as EX-President Lincoln? No.
