I wonder if the "Act up" people had a permit to be there in the first place ? I understand the freedoms at stake here . I think that if these groups would do things the legal way instead of trying to be a disruption, They would be a hell of lot more effective in their efforts to inform the masses . You don't have to march on St. Patrick's day to get your point across that they discriminate against gays . If need be select another street to march on ! If the city doesn't grant you the permit then you sue for the right !! That's how you do things here folks all the organiziers are doing is using the law against you . Try turning the tables on them for a change .

Too bad the cowardly Democrats in Congress won't do anything about this. I guess they are more interested in not fix Medicare.
