THEATER: Wit’s End is a one-woman theatrical trilogy conceived and performed by Canadian comedian Sandra Shamas. (The second installment was featured at the HBO Comedy Festival in Aspen, where it won the Best Theatrical Performance Award.) As part of the ongoing Frigid Festival, Shamas is performing the best selections of the series, which covers her transformation, around the time of her 40th birthday, from an urban divorcee to a “perimenopausal” rural farmer. - John Del Signore
