Naomi is taking this whole thing seriously and that is important and inspiring. She is showing that she is not apologizing just to sound good but is going to the classes, taking notes and participating, she is making a great effort to overcome this challenge in her life and that is the most genuine effort I have ever seen; she is clearly doing becuase she really wants to change and this must be reconized.

Anger Management Classes work if you work them. it sounds as if Ms. Campbell has reached her desparation point. If this is true she is now open to what the class has to offer.
