<description>&lt;p&gt;the original BS article seemed sort of pointless, but it&apos;s good to get some clarification about what&apos;s happening to N6. as a counterpoint to what usually happens (neighbors move in above a club then complain about its noise, ie Manitoba&apos;s) in this case, the tenants get moved out and the space take over the top floor. maybe not the best solution in every case, but at least the club continues to exist, albeit in slightly lamer form.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
