<description>&lt;p&gt;Uh... Orthodox Jews, or the Ultra-Orthodox, or Chasidim rarely wear their talis in public (and if they do it&apos;s only on the sabbath and their wearing it on their way to synagogue because you&apos;re forbidden to carry items on that day. And if you&apos;re getting hand-release on the way to shul then you&apos;re pretty much going to hell anyway). They may be wearing tzizit under their clothing (with the strings hanging out), or long black silk coats, but rarely ever their talis. However, the next time you see a Chasid in the Wall street area wearing a talis with a lulav in his pants - WATCH OUT!&lt;/p&gt;</description>
