actually they are double the fraud unit, the majority of fraud is by the employers. Many employers mistate the number of employees they have to get lower WC premiums. The new anti fraud unit will be able to shut down job sites when they discover the employer has no WC insurance.
With the  old max pay of $400 a week for injured workers and many union workers were making 80K and up, there was not a lot of incentive to stay home. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
