I think it&apos;s off a small park off Ferris St.  If you go to the end of the pier, the southern end of Governor&apos;s Island looks close enough to swim to.  Immediately to the left, there&apos;s an old 19th Century brick warehouse that looked like it was turned into condos the last time I was there.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
