Whether it's road rage or simply being stupid or both, this story is really ridiculous. When 25-year-old and 9 months pregnant Michelle Hagler called the police to complain that Shlomo Fine's car was blocking her driveway in Midwood, Fine struck back. Literally. The Post reports that he "drove into" Hagler a total of three times before leaving. Three times! And not just any person - a pregnant lady!
Fine came back 45 minutes later and was "charged with assault, attempted assault, menacing, reckless endangerment, harassment and leaving the scene of an accident." Hagler got a knee brace - no serious injuries, just bruising and knee swelling.

Jerk doesn't seem to do it...
I like the headline. "Drives in pregnant woman .." makes it sound like her unborn tot is learning how to drive stick a little early in the game.

Moral of the story: don't mess with dudes named Schlomo.

If they have a video of the accident they should run it in Schlomo to determine what really happened.
This is pretty typical problem. Midwood is full of houses that feel entitled to all the sidewalk space in front of their houses (three cars worth of "driveway") - leaving no normal parking space for building dwellers. This self-modification of the sidewalk is illegal but they seem to get away with it just fine - the house owners even paint the curb yellow in front of their places!
Even if this was the story here, this is no justification for running into anyone, of course!
