Errol Louis of the Daily News points out that Mr. Eugene’s Canarsie address miles outside of the 40th District during the campaign still might be a problem. please edit this sentence. editor? editor? are there any editors working at gothamist?????

My first reaction to that picture was, "When did Patrick Ewing become a Councilman, and he's Jamaican, not Haitian!" Wow... The resemblance is uncanny!
