<description>&lt;p&gt;and seeing as how both you and i were totally excited to read the article because of the picture of the panda, the layout designers were right.  If Bush wants to boost his support, all he apparently has to do is pose with some cuddly looking (though freakishly strong) pandas.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
