For a more traditional version, stop by Clinton Street Baking Company. Not only are their standard pancakes topped with a maple butter that is so good it might make you lick the plate, but they're in middle of pancake month. Upcoming pancakes include pancakes topped with sauteed honeycrisp apples and cinnamon sour cream, and banana chocolate chunk pancakes.
