UPS is SO evil. I had a bunch of computer software mailed to me that never arrived. A tenant in my building unknowingly signed for my box while accepting his own delivery. Now all UPS will do is tell me that it was signed for and it's our of their hands. I'm sure my stuff is either in the driver's collection or in a pile of unclaimed packages that no one can be bothered to look through in some warehouse. Needless to say, I will avoid using their "services" at any cost.

I ordered a laptop from Amazon and UPS delievered an open box full of packing materials but no computer. Neither Amazon nor UPS seemed very concerned. Amazon shipped another computer the next day.

Whenever I return a cell phone via UPS the person behind the counter always asks, "Is it a Sidekick?" or "Is it a Razr?" I figured it was to give them a heads up for boosting it.
