Sorry, but the sky is falling, if only by increments. Just because you don't seem to notice the erosion of your rights under the present administrations of Bloomberg and especially Cheney doesn't mean it isn't happening. As for the violence aspect you don't recognize, surveillance is a gateway for justifying more aggressive tactics and behavior on the part of the blue meanies. obvious 'Baaah,' please wake up.

Jack: I don't understand. Why is there any reasonable expectation that your constitutionally protected right to demonstrate would be challenged, undermined, infiltrated, videotaped, edited, etc, 'contagiously' subjecting you to verbal, physical, psychological, etc. abuse, assault, pepper spray, corralling, handcuffing with razor-edged plastics, illegal arrest, illegal imprisonment by the uniformed thugs of the state, etc.?
