I was sitting behind some people whose dog, the Bouvier, made it all the way to the final round. I thought the Akita should have won, but I had a feeling the english spaniel would win. Pretty exciting stuff overall, the best part is going down to the benching area before the judging starts to look at all the pooches. The judge was a cardio thoracic surgeon, a man's man, so, of course, it would be a redneck hunting type dog to win. Just my opinion. the akita wouldn't of won because it would of reminded him of Pearl Harbor. again, my opinion.
