the more reading I do about this case the more the finger points at Cortez and after reading parts of his journal he is a freak. He's too darn emotional and you can tell he didn't want to move on from this girl. This girl was trouble and big trouble yet he didn't leave her. What's up with this case. It's either Vaughn or Cortez and from this crappy evidence you can't tell who did it. At first I thought it was Vaughn but after the journal I think it's Cortez. If he did in fact do it then may he get what he deserves. If not then they need to NAIL Vaughn for this shit. No one else did it. It's either one of these 2 creepy NYC crawlers.

... That defense attorney is taking one hell of a chance. Ignoring that he's fair game for just about any question from the prosecutor, If the thumb print is in the pattern of the spray of blood from the victim then he's screwed. Me, from what I read, I think he did it.
