David Stern should read this and realize that as long as Dolan is calling the shots for the Knicks, there will never be a New York team back in prominence in the NBA. (The Nets don't count until they actually play a game in Brooklyn) Maybe Stern should help Dolan "find the exit door" and force him to sell the team like he did with the owner of the LA Clippers when they were permanently terrible in the 90's.
