actually, pepper spray can further anger a dog that is already agitated. The best method is a citronella spray that just repels rather than attempts to incapacitate. Dog walkers recommended it to me, and you can get it at pets stores (usually). It's also more humane (though, if you think the dog is going to attack you, that's probably not your main concern).

That pic is amazing. But let's be honest. Gothamist is the site you love to hate. I mean, really, what is with these people. I thought Jake was a Brooklyn native? I am from Chicago and would never say "don't mind taking a trip to the south side?" cause, you know why? That's some racist white boy shit. Not only that, the south side is full of great things.
