I always wondered who was in those unmarked cars speeding down Manhattan streets with the lights flashing and sirens blaring. Now I know--it's the Commish's wife late for a function!

Yeah, I think there's some issues here--aside from having taxpayer-paid cops provide personal services. this whole issue is such bullshit. in the good old days mental institution directors used cleaners, drivers, etc all the time for their own needs and those of their families...so what if hevisi used some person assigned to his shop to drive him around, he was fucking brilliant witht he multi billion dollar pension fund. get him back on the job before those idiots in the lafislature appoint peewee herman to the job...
