<description>&lt;p&gt;So one pretty actress gets killed and they tag the lower east side with a 9mm accessory.  not only are these poorly photoshopped, they are also not very well thought out.  


it seems to me that the LES should be represented by a guy with baggy, frayed jeans, a long wool coat and stripey shirt.  don&apos;t forget the spikey, gelled hair!
