<description>&lt;p&gt;When I was in college, members of some of the sports teams had to run up the stairs in the tallest of the dormitory buildings as part of their training.  These young, well-conditioned athletes considered the stair run a brutal and exhausting part of their training.  The building in question was ten stories high, in other words one-tenth of the ESB.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
