Who got the death penalty last night? Was anyone killed in that accident/hit and run etc? Maybe that was one reason. I'm still shocked that there would be a death penalty for vehicular homocide. Are we talking about the drunk Jersey City cop?

He may not be rich in your eyes but to many he is. The surname huang is the key. Let's just say he ain't working in happy garden take out 16 hrs a day. Better get a tox test on the driver, too. He could also be doing illicit drugs.

You don't have to be rich to own a lexus - maybe in 1986 you did. This guy should get 10 years, no parole, just for the kids foot that had to be amputated.

Just when you think he couldn't have acted any dumber. I hope they keep piling on the charges as his apparent indifference to others reaches remarkable heights. His sister will likely end up paying since it was her car.
