That look on the faces of former Mayors David Dinkins and Ed Koch comes "Listening to President Bush Speak." The President is in NYC today, speaking at Federal Hall downtown, giving a "State of the Economy" speech, and you can read about it here at the White House website. We'll update later with more of his specific remarks.
President Bush is also scheduled to meet with Ceasar Borja, whose police officer father died last week, after an illness believed to have been caused by volunteering at Ground Zero. Bush included $25 million more in federal funds for September 11-related illnesses, but politicians and some workers don't think it's enough. Here's a 1010 WINS interview with Borja, and Borja says he's attending a rally outside Federal Hall about September 11-related illnesses.

$25 million isn't enough, especially for the Stuy students, veteran "men and women in uniform" (whom bush is supposedly so fond of), and the cancer that may not strike for another decade.
