Al Sharpton won't because,there was clearly no use of excessive force in this situation, or in the shooting following Sean Bell's in the Bx. where cops shot an armed individual (Timur Person) after a struggle. He only opens his mouth when scared cops kill unarmed new yorkers with the use of excessive force.

Again, with the gun going "off". I think it's time to sue the gun manufacturer for defective product. Guns do not go "off". The NYPD must be the only department in the Nation with such a firearm. It's time they get working firearms.
