I am the father of Cody of Brooklyn Label.and he forwarded to me your comments and it did my heart well to read all that you had to say..I live in Oregon and am looking forward to May for my birthday to visit NYC and of course Brooklyn Label Before it was "cool' to be a single dad ..I was ...and raised Cody & his sister So you see I have a strong interest/pride/joy in what he is about Perhaps when I come to Brooklyn I can meet you and thank personally Thank again frank

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR THOUGHTS. I can assure you that from this day forward the kitchen will always be open. In are first month business has been so strong that we required a few equipment upgrades. A new cooler for the line and recently a new-walk in. WE have had to run out for more silverware one day. So, if you came once in the past and we were out or closed for the day, I personally apologies, and next time your in let me know and I would be happy to buy that burger you missed last time!

the burger is good - i had it for late brunch one day after they sadly no longer had the bacon-laced quiche. i can't wait for the dinner menu, and the oatmeal sounded amazing, i'll try that another time.

I live in that building and have been hoping that Brooklyn Label would become my usual lunch/work spot (they have wireless) but every time I go down there for a burger, the kitchen "isn't open yet." Even though sometimes it is (?). I understand they're new, but I really hope they get their shit together because I did have that burger once, and it was damn good. Brooklyn Label, please make me love you.
