I've always thought that anyone caught driving with a suspended license or without a license should have the car immediately and permanently confiscated. That would quickly cut off the supply of borrowed cars. After all, would you lend your car to a friend or family member you knew had license problems if you knew it could be confiscated?

I like the three strikes and you're out rule: First time caught driving drunk: $5000 fine, 6months in jail Second time: Lose a testicle/ breast Third time: Complete castration / masectomy I'm all for court ordered body mutation, I think its the only thing some humans might understand

Every asian friend of mine talks about how asians have a lower tolerance to alcohol. But whatever. There are clueless idiots in every race and color. If the sister let him borrow her car, then I would hope she would be considered an accessory to a crime, and that both of them are prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

I knew there would be bad Asian driver remarks! Okay, it's out there, it's been said. What makes my blood boil is this fool didn't have a licenses to begin with and his sister let him borrow her car. Can she be an accessory to a crime? What about the woman who was the driver's passenger? What the hell is someone doing driving that drunk at 8AM? God, this is such a sick story.
