John Liu is an even worse media whore than Chuck Shumer. At least Chuck is backed up by a productive record and not crackpot goose chases. Please please PLEASE don't elect him mayor.

"strong rental market"? that's a bright side if ever i heard one. just because it costs more to buy than to rent, doesn't mean that the renting is good. sounds like the industry people are just trying to find a way to make us average renters that something good is happening...
