24 Year Old Falls to Death in Midtown

Yesterday morning, the body of 24 year old Alvin Cheung was found on West 51st Street. Police believe he fell out of his 16th floor apartment when he opened a window. He and his parents owned an apartment at the Executive Plaza Condominiums at West 51st and 7th Avenue. The Post says police do not suspect foul play, though it's unclear whether Cheung was alone.

The Daily News reports police found drug paraphernalia in the apartment and notes the ME's office will conduct toxicology tests during the autopsy.
