Four Queens men tortured and tried to kill Anthony Albaricci because he "allegedly" sprayed the following on one of the men's homes: "Aamer, you scum, pick up your phone." The Queens DA's office charged Aamer Khan, Ali Khan, Christian Diaz, and Joseph Piazza, ages 17-19, with attempted murder, assault and weapons possession for the incident that took place last Friday According to the Daily News, Aamer Khan owed Albaricci money.
The Queens DA's office detailed the insanity, which involved Albaricci being lured into a Ford Explorer, being choked by a belt, stabbed with a knife, slashed with a razor on his hands and face, and having a gun pointed at him (the trigger was pulled but no bullets were discharged). When Albaricci escaped, Ali Khan and Lopez chased him and hit him with a chair, while Aamer Khan and Diaz hit him with the car a few times.
Then things got good when a police officer saw Aamer Khan and Diaz covered in blood: "When police examined the Explorer, they allegedly found the vehicle with blood all over the inside and the .32 caliber revolver, loaded with one live round, and a bloody knife with a broken blade clearly visible on the driver’s seat." That's a lot of evidence. Albaricci needed over 100 stitches; he told the Daily News that he thought he was going to die.

thats not the same as tagging.
Dobkin's awful quiet lately.
Seems awfully dangerous for graffiti "artists" lately... maybe they should try canvas and an easel.
[2] it is probably because there was no fart joke in the article.
Spraypaint does not a "tagger" make.
Once again, Jen Chung shows us she's not a real journalist. This was a dispute over money; it had nothing to do with graffiti.
it's hard to believe that the kid lived. crazy.
I can't believe that the kid lived
This did not happen becuz of graffiti-the guy is a drug dealer and one of the kids owed him money.
These teens were defending themselves against this man who not only deals drugs but terrorizes teens around the neighborhood.
A graffitti artist he is NOT!
O.K. So what;s my opinion on this “graffitti vandilism” situation.. Well, Mr. Anthony Albaricci, Mr. Tuff Guy who wants to play victim, “oh,I was sooo scared” You should not at 24 years old be dealing with adolescent boys and you should not be tagging (which bubble letters are not TRUE Graffitti). I did this S*** when i was like 15 years old. You are 24 years old grow up get a real job!Do something other than being a criminal. And you know what i mean!! Your pic was in the paper you don’t think everyone now knows who you are and all the illegal acts YOU’VE committed. You REALLY think no one will talk to the cops about you now!Your nothing but a low level drug dealer and Wanna be Hustler. Stay away from little kids you punk! I hope the cops and the D.A. Brown find out what really happened that night and it all turns on you, and you finally get what you deserve!!!
"what this article does not say is that anthony albaricci is a drug dealer who has been terrorizing teens in the neighborhood for some time assauting and threatning them. If you look at his story thoroughly you'll see it couldnt have happened the way he said. I believe the teens were defending themselves and should not spend the rest of their lives in jail. They deserve to do time but for the most part they are good kids and got involved in a bad situation by owing this MAN money. The cops should be looking more at the inconsistences of his story investigate him a lil more and put some blame on him. I also think Richard Brown is trying to use these kids as an example instead of finding out the real story!
