I have location scouted that place! Old Red Hook is falling down all around. NY Shipyard is gone. I heard something about Ikea going in on that property. If you live in Red Hook you know there is a lot of controversy over the graving dock and the shipping terminal as well.

Jake - if you're really into industrial decay, the base of Long Island, Hudson Valley and Jersey often outdo Brooklyn and - anticipating your response - are connected enough to the NY area to justify a Gothamist field trip.
