Bronx Woman Found Dead

A 55 year old woman who had been missing for two days was found dead in her apartment. Teresa Reyes's body was found wrapped in a blanket, leading authorities to wonder how she died and if someone left her there. While the Daily News reports that the apartment had been ransacked, the Times says there were no signs of forced entry. A witness told the Post "two strange guys" were seen at the apartment building.

Reyes's family called the police to break into the apartment at 193 Bathgate Avenue. She had been a high school cafeteria cook.
