Police are looking for a man who fondled a 13 year old girl in Queens on Tuesday. And police believe he is the same man who fondled a 15 year old girl in the spring.
In Tuesday's incident, he asked the girl, who was walking in Corona at 8AM, for directions. When another car almost hit her, the man told her to get into the car and the man drove a couple blocks and tried to take her clothes off, saying he was a police officer looking for weapons. He threatened her with scissors, but her screams were noticed by passer-by who said something to the attacker and the girl was able to run away. He used a similar MO in the April attack.
Police are looking for the passer-by who stopped the attack as well as the attacker. Calls should be made to CrimeStoppers at 800-577-TIPS or the NYPD's Internal Affairs at 212-741-8401.

"[take off your clothes, I'm a] police officer looking for weapons"
funny, i've never heard this line before
Look out John Walsh. Gothamist has your marketshare in its sights.
If IA is investigating this, does that mean it could have been a real cop?
