<description>&lt;p&gt;It&apos;s amazing how things that laymen think should be fairly easy (e.g. provide electricity or water to the city) are, in fact, highly complex and risky.

If not done right, getting the Intrepid unstuck and moving could have wrecked it or the pier or injured the workers.  No matter how easy it looks, there&apos;s a lot of thought behind this kind of project.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
