And Justin Volpe has a rather unfortunate, infamous legacy that is also being brought up again as the investigations of the Queens shooting continue.  &lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;My family having known personally many members of his family (including Justin), I&apos;d like to say they are a wonderful group of people filled with love and warmth.  Of course, what happened to Mr. Louima is a tragedy in and of itself, but that tragedy spread through the Justin&apos;s family as well.  

I wish them warmth and comfort at a sad time.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
