A giant tent went up yesterday adjacent to the site. 

There are goons (security guards?) that yell at me if I look at them in passing.

I mean isn&apos;t it convenient that this fire removed old contract obligations and a possible landmarks designation for the developer?

Maybe the city should put a freeze on further development of this site until the facts of the case are investigated. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
