Last Night's Action: Revived Curry Can't Save Knicks

-Pistons 108, Knicks 100: Eddy Curry scored over 20 points for the fifth straight game, but the Knicks fell to the red-hot Pistons in Auburn Hills, Mich. Unlike their efforts in many of their losses against the league's better teams, the Knicks kept this one close without falling behind by a large margin early. Curry's offense has resulted from a direct effort to get him more involved. He's responded, but his lack of rebounding is still a head-scratcher. How can someone with his body and size pull down just five rebounds in 31 minutes?
-Sabres 3, Rangers 3 (Sabres win shootout): A third-period lead disappeared, and the Rangers lost a 1-0 shootout after a scoreless overtime. Playing in Buffalo against the conference's best team, the Rangers can't be that upset with the result, even with the late lead gone to waste.
-Devils 5, Penguins 2: Jay Pondolfo's second-period goal broke a 2-2 tie to help the Devils snap a four-game losing streak. New Jersey's been surprisingly inconsistent this season, but they have plenty of time to turn things around.
